Orders will be shipped once full payment has been verified as received.
Shipping:
Dog Kingdom uses Australia Post for all it's orders Australia wide.
We will ship any item in stock within 48 hours of receiving a completed fully paid order.
You should receive your order within 2-10 business days depending on the type of shipping you selected.
For International orders, you will be notified as to the cost of shipping prior to sending out your order.
Please allow extra time during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter and Public Holidays.
Returns:
We are happy to credit or exchange any unopened or unused goods within 14 days, provided we receive the goods in original condition.
Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer.
Please contact us with notification of the items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
